STÄRKEN’s commitment towards its customers is further solidified with the state-of-the-art manufacturing factory that is equipped with the finest and latest technology by Wehrhahn, Germany. Due to Wehrhahn’s ‘tilt-cutting technology”, STÄRKEN’s factory uses significantly less binder content in the production of the AAC blocks hence making STÄRKEN more green. Adding to that, STÄRKEN is also vigilant & stringent with the manufacturing processes before each batch of AAC blocks are delivered to their respective customers. STÄRKEN’s plant is located at Serendah in the state of Selangor whereby the production facility engineers each block and panel with precision while cost-effectively culminating with an annual capacity of 600,000 cubic meters. STÄRKEN covers a wide range of AAC products with various compressive strengths to cater for specific architectural and design requirements of various types of buildings. STÄRKEN’s products are contemporary, functionally simple yet versatile for large and demanding built buildings ranging from AAC blocks, panels and lintels with density of 450 -650 kg/m³. With its storage capacity of more than 10,000 m², the supply of AAC products will always be sufficient to meet the demand of on-going projects.
